• Taught Shipboard Electrical Techniques, Defensive Driving, DOT Commercial Drivers License Regulations, Locomotive Training, DOT HAZMAT Regulations, OSHA Hazardous Material Regulations, Government Procurement Regulations, Nuclear Procedures, etc.
• Also developed some of these Programs.
• Retired 1999

• President of Homeowners Association in Hampton, VA.
• Farmville Chamber of Commerce Volunteer of the Year Award in 2002/2003 and 2003/2004.
• On the board of Child Development Center in Farmville.
• On the board of the Farmville Chamber of Commerce in 2005.

• Born in Boston , Mass. in 1938.
• Have lived in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Kentucky, Florida, Texas, Georgia, North Carolina, and Virginia.
• Graduated from New Hanover High School in Wilmington, NC in 1957.
• 3 Children and 4 Grandchildren.
• Moved to Farmville in 1999.
• Member of Farmville Presbyterian.
